Homemade watermelon ice cream recipe
- 4 cups Deseeded Watermelon
- 1/2 liter Full Cream Milk
- 1 cup Cream Fresh
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 5 tbsp Sugar
Cook the watermelon cubes in a pan till the water evaporates completely.Mash lightly and keep aside to cool.Boil 1/2 liter full cream milk.Add sugar and boil it till sugar melts.Pour the cornflour into the mix and mix it well.Cook it for 3 minutes and keep it aside to cool.Once cooled add the watermelon jam to the milk mix.Mix wellAdd 1 cup cream fresh and blend till well combined. Freeze for 6 hours.Homemade Watermelon Ice Cream is ready!Enjoy!
