Homemade watermelon ice cream recipe

  • 4 cups Deseeded Watermelon
  • 1/2 liter Full Cream Milk
  • 1 cup Cream Fresh
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 5 tbsp Sugar


  • Cook the watermelon cubes in a pan till the water evaporates completely.
    Mash lightly and keep aside to cool.
    Boil 1/2 liter full cream milk.
    Add sugar and boil it till sugar melts.
    Pour the cornflour into the mix and mix it well.
    Cook it for 3 minutes and keep it aside to cool.
    Once cooled add the watermelon jam to the milk mix.
    Mix well
    Add 1 cup cream fresh and blend till well combined.
    Freeze for 6 hours.
    Homemade Watermelon Ice Cream is ready!


Try the homemade watermelon ice cream over waffles or pancakes.
