Lunch

Monday
1 grilled steak with salad (unlimited), 1 tsp olive oil

Tuesday
Scrambled eggs with 3 egg whites and 1 yolk, salad, a bit of cream cheese

Wednesday
1 portion of  beans or okras with olive oil and ricotta

Thursday
1 serving grilled fish with salad, 1 tsp olive oil

Friday
1 serving of spaghetti with red sauce

Saturday
1 serving grilled squid with salad, 1 tsp olive oil

Sunday
1 chicken fillet with salad, 1 tsp olive oil

 

Afternoon

1 yogurt (0% -2% fat), or 1 jelly (without sugar)

 

Diner

Monday
1 large salad with roasted and fresh vegetables, 1 tsp olive oil

Tuesday
1 portion of chicken breast with a green salad, 1 tsp olive oil

Wednesday
1 serving of grilled chicken and green salad, 1 tsp olive oil

Thursday
1 salad with tuna fish. 1 tsp olive oil

Friday
A salad with steamed vegetables,  1 tsp olive oil, and a boiled egg

Saturday
1 serving grilled fish and green salad, 1 tsp olive oil

Sunday
One serving of potato salad with tuna, lettuce, tomato, and herbs, 1 tsp olive oil
